Description
Centrolex G is a food grade, essentially oil-free, light tan or yellow, lecithin powder (Centrolex F) to which silicon dioxide has been added to promote flowability. The fine, coated granules are light yellow and have a very bland flavour and aroma. The fine granules themselves represent a highly concentrated form of phospholipids (95% A.1. min) in ratios that occur naturally in soybeans. Primary phospholipids are phosphatidylcholine (23%-typical), phosphatidylethanolamine (20%-typical), and phosphatidylinositol (14%-typical).
