As Amyl Modified Thioglycollate Medium DT is customer requested, is not a standard, recognised culture medium. The customer required the formulation in order to rapidly detect the provisional presence of Clostridium perfringens in samples of food and dairy products and other operators using this medium should be aware of it’s specific purpose application.
Amyl Media AM 756, Modified Thioglycollate Medium – DT is available in 100 g and 500 g containers, and bulk packs.
Store dehydrated medium below 25°C, and use before the expiry date.
