Description

Thermoacidurans Agar is prepared according to the formula described by Stern, Hegarty and Williams. It is used for the isolation of Bacillus thermoacidurans which is synonymous with Bacillus coagulans, the organism which causes ‘flat sour’ spoilage of tomato juice, tomato products, milk, cream and condensed milk.
