Description
Violet Red Bile Agar (AM 210) is a lactose and bile salts containing medium of similar formulation to the MacConkey Agars. Violet Red Bile Agar is particularly useful for the determination of coliform levels in milk and other dairy products and equipment, other food products and water. VRBA is specified for the pour plate enumeration of coliforms in foods, including dairy products, by the Australian Standard – Food Microbiology.
Amyl Violet Red Bile Agar, AM 210, is available in 100g, 500g, containers and in bulk packs. Store the product below 25°C in a dry place away from strong light and use before the expiry date. Tighten cap after each usage.
