m Endo Agar LES was developed by McCarthy, Delaney and Grasso at the Lawrence Experimental Station in 1961, to be used in the two-step membrane filter procedure utilising Lauryl Tryptose Broth for primary enrichment.
Used for the enumeration of coliform organisms in water by the Standard Membrane Technique.
