Quality Policy

It is the policy of Amyl Media to:-

  • promote a “customer comes first” belief. Amyl Media is proud of its products and service and will always treat all customers with courtesy and respect by always striving to meet the expectations of all customers;
  • empower our customers by sharing our knowledge with them;
  • supply special customer requests for customised  quality products but Amyl Media will not carry out research and development of new products;
  • maintain sufficient staffing levels, provide appropriate training and a suitable environment to produce quality products by encouraging staff to be active members of the Quality Management System and encourage responsibility for the quality of work;
  • always adhere to Australian and New Zealand Microbiology Standards (where available); and
  • maintain certification to the latest version of the International Quality Standard ISO 9001.
