Description
The reagent is a 1:10 dilution of oxalated whole rabbit plasma in normal saline conforming with the specification required by the Australian Standard – Food Microbiology1, for the performance of this test. Amyl Coagulase Plasma is not suitable for use in the slide coagulase test for the detection of bound coagulase.(‘Clumping Factor’)
