Description
Amyl Nutrient Broth Standard, AM 132, is an nutritious, general purpose fluid medium suitable for the cultivation of more fastidious micro-organisms organisms that do not require additional growth supplements such as blood, serum or other growth factors. Nutrients, in the form of carbon and nitrogen sources and growth factors, are provided by Bacteriological Peptone and Beef Extract, while the osmotic stability of the medium is maintained by the presence of sodium chloride.
Amyl Nutrient Broth Standard, AM 132, is available in 100g, 500g containers and in bulk packs. The dehydrated product should be stored in a dry place below 25°C away from bright light. Use before expiry date and tighten cap after each usage.
